1-2-1 Hypopressives In person or Virtually

6 x 1 hour session. Assessment at the start and finish of the 6 week course. You will be required to practice between sessions for 10-15 mins, 3-4 times a week.

What is Hypopressives?
It is the modern European method of getting strong abdominals in a healthy way. It is a group of rhythmical postures and breathing exercises used to balance the strength and the muscle tone between abdominals, pelvic floor, and the breathing muscles.
Hypopressive reduces the pressure in the intra-abdominal cavity responsible for that unwanted belly that does not go away even after thousands of sit ups.
